Steps: (1) Open your phone dialer, (2) Dial *668#, (3) Press call, (4) Wait for the SMS reply. That is it. The service costs approximately Rs. 2 plus tax and works on all networks.

For a more detailed breakdown showing actual phone numbers and activation dates, visit cnic.pta.gov.pk. Enter your 13-digit CNIC and complete the CAPTCHA. The portal displays every SIM registered on your CNIC with operator name, number, activation date, and status. This information is printable and accepted as legal documentation.
What Is the SIM Limit per CNIC?
The Supreme Court of Pakistan has set a maximum of 8 SIMs per CNIC — 5 voice SIMs and 3 data-only SIMs. This limit applies across all operators combined. If your count shows more than 8 SIMs, some may be unauthorized.
