Ye Number Kis Ka Hai? How to Identify Unknown Callers in Pakistan
Agar aap yeh soch rahe hain ke "ye number kis ka hai?" to yeh guide aapki madad karegi. Free aur legal methods se kisi bhi Pakistani mobile number ki maloomat hasil karein.
Getting calls from unknown numbers is a daily reality in Pakistan. Whether it is a missed call from a number you do not recognize, a spam call offering a deal that sounds too good to be true, or a suspicious message asking for personal information — knowing who owns a number can protect you from scams and harassment.
Method 1: Online Lookup Tool (Fastest)
Enter the mobile number in our number details tool. The system checks the operator database and returns the registered owner's name, CNIC, address, and network operator. Works for all Pakistani numbers on Jazz, Zong, Telenor, Ufone, and SCOM.
Method 2: MNP to 667
If the number is on your own phone, send MNP to 667. PTA replies within 6 seconds with the registered owner's name, partially masked CNIC, network operator, and activation date. This is the fastest official method.
Method 3: PTA SIM Information System
Visit cnic.pta.gov.pk and enter your CNIC to see all SIMs registered on your identity. If you find numbers you do not recognize, they may be unauthorized.
Number Ownership Check by Operator
Each operator provides verification codes:
- Jazz: Dial *321# or send CNIC to 6001
- Zong: Send CNIC to 310 or send V to 7911
- Telenor: Dial *345# or send CNIC to 7751
- Ufone: Dial *333# or send V to 7911
Common Scam Calls to Watch For

Caller says your SIM is being deactivated and needs verification. Hang up and dial *668# to check your SIM count.
