These platforms typically offer number-to-owner searches, CNIC lookups, and bulk SIM data queries. Some versions of DB Center are hosted on UK servers and distributed as APK downloads.
While the concept of a SIM database is legitimate — PTA's official SVMS system serves this purpose — most DB Center and dbcenter platforms operate in a legal gray area.
